Died: 29 September 1990 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA (aged 72).
Kohlman was a jazz drummer, vocalist, and leader of a New Orleans brass band, dedicated to furthering the art of the marching street bands that are part of the jazz-scene of New Orleans.
During his career he performed with many renowned artists, including: Joe Robichaux; Sam Morgan; Earl Hines; Albert Ammons; Louis Armstrong; Chris Barber; Dr. John; Harry Connick, Jr.
