Mel Tanur started out his musical journey as a hip hop MC in 1987, as MC Double T (short for 'Turkish Terrorist'), along with DJ Mr E as the group Eastside Chapter. Later reused the alias for a couple of hardcore/jungle releases in the mid 90s
