In 1998 (whereas he was only 10 years old), Jay Slater was credited as one of The Exchange’s mastering engineer (or lacquer-cut) assistant (it appears on the novamute’s release ’Love (Loved)’, by the famous U.K artist, DJ and producer Luke Slater... !).
