A jazz big band that included 18 to 22 members and played big band arrangements of music by Jaco Pastorius and other composers. Not to be confused with the Word of Mouth Band, a smaller touring group also led by Jaco Pastorius that played some of the same repertoire, but not in the original big band arrangements.
