This album is part of a mega best release, where Nakazawa’s record company/agency released a total of 8 best-of albums for the artists Melon Kinenbi, Taiyo to Ciscomoon, Natsumi Abe ,Country Musume and Tanpopo/Pucchimoni, as well as a compilation album for their shuffle groups and a compilation album for their one-shot groups.

The CD is a compilation of all her singles' A-sides, the DVD features all her music videos as well as two live performances. The one from Shibuya Kohkaido is her first solo performance, the one from Osaka Castle Hall is the B-side to her 5th single and is her last performance as member of Morning Musume. It is an infamous live as she hugged all the members of the gorup, but refused to give band member Kei Yasuda one. It was adressed years later on a talk show, Nakazawa still refused to hug her.
