Reissue in multi-panel card slipcase housing two jewel cases, each with an eight-page booklet. CD1 is in the first jewel case, having its own barcode on artwork. CD2 and DVD are both in the second jewel case, which has no barcode, only catalog numbers.

CD1: the original 1993 album, remastered in 2003, without the 1993 CD version's bonus tracks.
CD2: a compilation of remixes and other tracks from the period of the album's original release.
DVD: the documentary 'Black Tie White Noise' in 4:3 format, includes insightful interview responses from David Bowie regarding his personal life, musical career and this album project, interspersed with six mimed studio performances, plus three promo videos.

CD2-1: Previously only available on the Warners soundtrack album Songs From The Cool World.
CD2-2: B-side previously available as a bonus track on the CD version of the original album release.
CD2-3: Previously unreleased commercially. Only previously available on a Savage Records CD promo in the US.
CD2-4: Previously released commercially on a Savage Records CD single in the US.
CD2-5: Previously only available on the Miracle Goodnight 12 single on Arista. Previously unavailable on CD.
CD2-6: Title in booklet is Don't Let Me Down & Down (Jangan Susahkan Hatiku) (Indonesian Vocal Version). Previously only available on the Arista CD & cassette version of the album in Singapore.
CD2-7: Remixed for Meat Beat Manifesto. Previously released on the Arista Black Tie White Noise CD single in edited form. This full mix is previously unreleased.
CD2-8: Previously released on the Arista Jump They Say CD single.
CD2-9: Only previously available on an Arista UK 12 promo. NOTE: The side B label of the Arista UK 12 promo for the track Black Tie White Noise (Here Comes Da Jazz) has the credit Remix and Additional Production by Al B.
