A sticker is affixed to the jewel case, which states: due to pressing plant error, disc artwork and music have been reversed sorry for the inconvenience. The discs are not identified as Disc 1 or Disc 2, but the tracklistings as they appear on the CDs are switched. The correct tracklisting is as appears above.

Track 1-7 is the same version of All For Nothin' by Spontaneous Human Combustion that was originally released only as an MP3.
Track 2-1 is identified as Welcome To The Fold.
