Released in a two volume set in 7.7 x 11.6 cm plastic wallets with pockets for the cassette and the insert. Each volume came in its own wallet. This version featured bordeaux red wallets with golden printing. Volume One contained the tracklisting for the whole edition - all four sides. Volume Two contained general info and address of the label.
Supposedly there was also another C90 supplement to this compilation available from Tone Death.

The tapes were light grey unprinted chrome cassettes with two stickers on each side (THIRD MIND and TMT SIDE with type-written catalog numbers and side indicators).

This is referred to as A Tone Death Product.
