With the restoration in the 1970ies of old Jesuit mission churches, more than 5000 pages of ancient music were found. Among those pages was this missa, in fragmented condition. It was restored by P. Nawrot. It contains a song in the native language of the Chiquitos.

The composer of this Missa remains anonymous.
