Limited edition of 1,500 copies worldwide. 900 copies were distributed in the US by MVD Audio. These copies have an additional barcode sticker on outer shrinkwrap. 600 copies were distributed in the UK and Europe by Cherry Red Records.

The inner sleeve is a reproduction of the original Warner Bros. Album tape box artwork. Issued also with a two sides coloured insert sheet with reproductions of original artwork, track listing and liner notes.
