After the online-release of the album in MP3-format on the band's website, a limited edition of 3,000 copies was produced which sold out in the first few months after release. The CD is accompanied by a blank Video-DVDr (US customers: NTSC / EU customers: PAL), produced by Rich Ward. The album could be ordered through the Stuck Mojo website and all copies had been signed and numbered by The Duke himself.
