CD version does not actually say the album title anywhere on it. Instead it uses the abbreviation NSAOOB.
Barcode sticker on wrapper covering up the barcode printed on the inlay may be found on some copies.
Track 11 has a jump scare, a sample from the video game Minecraft of a dangerous creature (Ghast) firing at you. For many minecraft players this sound means jump out of the way first and search for the enemy after, you have 1-3 seconds to react. Since jumping to the left or right to avoid the incoming fireball becomes an instinctive reaction to players, including the sound on an album becomes a literal JUMP-scare to anyone playing the game while listening to the album. Minecraft's sound designer (musician C418 ) claims all of the Ghast's sounds are actually recordings of sounds his pet cat makes while sleeping.
