Sold exclusively at the band's 「リプレイスメンツ FEST」 live event at 横浜Bay Hall on 22 December 2018. Limited to 500 copies, all of which were packed by hand.
Packaging consists of a booklet-style folded sheet (with lyrics, credits, and a photo printed on the inside) and a fabric-backed sleeve housing the CD.
The version of 「サンライズ」 included on this single is different from the version included in the 2019 album 『ルックアウト』. The song 「誰もしらない」 is exclusive to this release.
