Composer of E5 is indicated as 保田 幸司, this seems to be a mistake, the composer of 人妻 is 保田 幸司郎 (see 人妻).
Lyricist of F1 is indicated as きたの えいじ, but that seems to be a typo of たきの えいじ, as Takino is the lyricist of the song 函館本線 according to Wikipedia.
Lyricist of G2 is indicated as 吉岡 一治, this is a mistake, should be 吉岡 治.

Note also that since the song on track F1 dates from 1981, the release as a whole can't be older than that, must also be from the 1980s.
