Limited edition of 324 copies on 70gm black vinyl. Out of the 324 copies, 240 copies (this) were housed in the standard fold-over cover with info insert. 60 copies were housed in a full-sized stamped vellum OBI sleeve complete with either a US or Netherlands postage stamp in addition to the standard fold-over sleeve and insert. The remaining 24 copies were used as radio promo copies with stamped vellum sleeve and insert.
