Contrary to the artwork, the Peppermint Lounge show is sequentially before the Hurrah's one (reflected in this submission) in terms of DVD Title and Chapter layout. DVD-10 is a brief splash screen intro to the Hurrah's show with no music. 'Denial' appears on artwork, under Hurrah's NY, 1980 but does not feature on the menu or audio/visual content. 'Denial' was not played at the Hurrah's show, so this is simply a misprint on the tracklisting and not an omission of content.
