The 1st pressing has a light blue cover, and the box has gold lining. S-5113, S-5114 and S-5115 on labels, S/5113-4-5 on box spine. The label headers are in squat/square font, with the track titles in bold italics (Side 1 to 4) or bold non-italic font (Side 5 & 6). No address on the double-sided one-page insert.
