Digipak double CD edition of Charles Mingus' 1962 release 'Tijuana Moods', here in remastered versions. 'A Colloquial Dream (Scenes In The City)' is a bonus track, not featured on the original LP (LPM/LSP 2533). Disc two contains alternate takes ; the one from 'A Colloquial Dream' was previously unreleased.
Originally recorded in 1957 on July 18 (Dizzy Moods, Ysabel's Table Dance, Los Mariachis) and August 6 (Tijuana Gift Shop, Flamingo, A Colloquial Dream (Scenes In The City)), in RCA Victor's Studio A, New York City, USA.
Digitally remastered from original master tapes in 24-bit at La Source Mastering, Paris, France.

So as to remain faithful to the original LP release we have chosen not to correct the misspelling of Charles Mingus' name on the front cover.
