Title varies on the release. On front cover (twice), cd, blu-ray and photo card, it says Metropolis for the title and Fairies for the artist. On the obi twice and CD spine (each side), it says Metropolis ～メトロポリス～ for the title and フェアリーズ. Went for the latter as it's referred to as such by the artist.
