All tracks are cover versions by then-popular chart hits, except A1, A5, A9 and B8 which are original compositions by EUROPA.
Although not mentioned on cover and labels, all tracks are recorded by house bands Orchester Udo Reichel (tracks with German vocals) and The Hiltonaires (tracks with English vocals).

The album's concept is strongly inspired by Sydne Rome's LP »Aerobic Fitness For Dancing« from the same year.
It's basically an Aerobic lesson for children, moderated by Mona Decker.
