Special item issued to promote the then-new CD3 format. This consists of three CD3s, each in its own custom sleeve, inserted into a longer sleeve that holds all three CDs. This item was sealed from the factory.

This is a joint promotional item from the Digital Audio Disc Corporation (pressing plant), the record labels, and Sony.

The three CD3s have some of the earliest CSIG numbers: CSIG 000028, CSIG 000029, and CSIG 000031.

Track 1-4 is incorrectly titled Heaven Scent on the CD face.
