Compilation of blues and jazz recordings from 1924–1941.
The tracklist in all locations (back cover, label, and booklet) is incorrect: Track 1 is credited to Connie McLean's Rhythm Boys, who did record a version of the song, but the version on this release is the original by Kokomo Arnold. The listed track 8, Dirty Dozens by Speckled Red, does not appear on this release. The listed tracks 9–24 are actually tracks 8–23. Track 24 is not credited. The 1996 version included an errata sheet which corrected most of these errors. Barcode: 0 3250-12013-2 7 Matrix / Runout: CD00133 SRC=02 MANUFACTURED BY AMERICAN HELIX
