Tracks on CD1 recorded in New York 7-11 November, 1966 with a quintet comprising pianist, drummer, bassist and two guitarists.
The tracks were then subsequently overdubbed with strings and brass and released in this form as the album Invitation To Broadway (tracks 1 to 6 & 8 to 12), B-side (track 13) and on more recent compilations (tracks 7 & 14)
Tracks 1-1 to 1-14 released here for the first time in their original arrangements without string & brass overdubs.
Tracks 1-15 to 1-20 were previously unreleased in any form.

Tracks on CD2 are a Best Of compilation.
