Part of an incredible soundtrack for the groundbreaking 1984 series put together by BBC Radiophonic Workshop don Roger Limb, ‘The Box Of Delights’ is actually ‘The First Noel’ segment of the Carol Symphony by Victor Hely-Hutchinson. Mark’s version manages to be as sinister as Abner Brown, the show’s antagonist, with a scary Spiritualized-meets-The-Excorcist feel, while Maps prises open the box and bathes everything in light and magic on his delightful remix.
