It's Too Late / Cherchez La Femme was meant to be Gloria Estefan's 4th UK single from Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me. It was scheduled for release June 12, 1995, but after the double-A side met a tepid response at UK radio, the commercial single was canceled just days before its street date.
In addition to other format, Epic Records was planning to release the single spread over two CD Maxis (parts 1 and 2). Catalog number for Part 2 is 662044 5. Track 1 was the Album Version of It's Too Late, while tracks 2-5 are mixes of Cherchez La Femme. A full track-listing is unknown. Both parts were pressed by Epic Records, with Part 1 being shipped to Europe.
