This is the rare later reissue of this re-named the band The Sweat in a different sleeve but with same catalogue number and was meant only for D.J.'s and promotional use only. The original release is

The reason for the name change was the existence of another, completely different, No Sweat (on Pete Townsend's Eel Pie Records) who also released a 7 in 1978, Townsend sued and forced Clive Culbertson to change their band name.
