It is again a concept album with the toppic of a demonic book. Depicting the pages of this book with bloodred quality paper, silver-printed headlines and certain patterns, it was also realized by the use of the layout of the booklet.

This version has a leather look on the artwork and the CD has 2 skulls on it, compared to The Book that has no leather look and a plain black CD with just Root and The Book printed on it in gray.
