“Full Cold Moon is a compilation of tribute tracks for Jhonn Balance and the musick of Coil. “Jhonn Balance was in an accident (which occured at home) on Nov 13th 2004. Despite the best efforts of the emergency services he did not regain consciousness, and died later that day. Coil was Jhonn and Jhonn was Coil, so for obvious reasons Coil cannot continue”*. With the loss of Jhonn and Coil, we felt it necessary to do a project to honor their work and creative vision.

Full Cold Moon is a special limited release that will only be available for one moon cycle. When the next Full Moon arrives on January 25th 2005 the project will be removed from Dark Winter forever. Many thanks to all who were involved with this project. May these songs reach Jhonn wherever he may be!
