First edition limited to 211 copies.

Includes one white card with info printed on the one side, a square piece of textured oriental paper cut from a much larger sheet. The paper has golden parts, with metallic sparkle.

Packaged in a plastic sleeve with bubbled texture making it opaque rather than clear.

A second edition of 100 copies in slightly different packaging was released on September 11, 2004.
