In the Fall of 1999 Brian Miller of Rose For Bohdan moved next door to an Oakland project complex, into a linoleum box, as a stranger to his new roommate, Sen Onishi. Soon the two were collaborating on many projects in desperate attempt to forget about the desolation of their living situation.

Not surprisingly, the work they created sounded just as cosmic terror as their circumstances. Their projects included Ambulation, a massive millenialist environment created with Steven Sifuentes, Lucinda Rinaldo (ex-Pinks, ex-Antelope), and Haarm-Pieter Duiker at UC Berkeley's Worth Ryder Gallery [Nov 10-12, 1999]; the film I Can Expand My Universe Without You, a visual representation of Exiting The Cave #2; the film The Boy Who Really Lives Inside A Video; and many performances as Drug The Corpse including In A Bag and Angel Autopsy.

The recording of Exiting The Cave occured at a time when musical
collaborations between Brian and Sen were sometimes called Rose For Bohdan and sometimes called Drug The Corpse. You decide.

Brian currently does too much at Deathbomb Arc
Sen's latest installation was The Jonah Project

Drug The Corpse has a CDr reissue of their entire body of work coming out on DBA sometime.

Thanks to the max to Subverseco for making this recording finally available to the public.
