Release was given away as part of an in-store and mail-in offer connected with the Japanese release of the Obscure Alternatives album.

It is a fairly thick red vinyl 7 flexidisc. It does contain some unique material, with Sylvian reading fan written Japanese lyrics to Adolescent Sex (2 versions), Lovers On Main Street and Suburban Love. The compositions were sent in by fans, whose names and home addresses are printed on the release. They are not literal translations but Japanese interpretations of the original lyrics based on the feelings evoked by the songs.
