Temple of Spring is a divergence from past releases as it draws back on ambience and textures in favor of acoustic fingerpicking and warm melodies. It’s music that celebrates the return of the sun after a cold dark northern winter spent locked up.

The tracks in this release are the results of a series of experimentations with tunings, capos/partial capos, and fingerpicking patterns.

Tracks 1, 2, 3, and 6 were written during summer 2019. The rest of the tracks were written during fall-winter 2020.

Recorded between December 2020 and January 2021 in my flat in Manchester, UK
