All of these works were recorded on 3-track half-inch tape in the Eastman Theatre in Rochester, New York. The Merry Mount Suite was recorded on October 20, 1957, using one 201 and two M56 Telefunken microphones; it was originally released as SR90175. Three 201 microphones were used for Mosaics (recorded May 1, 1960, and first released as SR90267); For the First Time (May 6, 1963, SR 90357); and Piano Concerto (May 1, 1965; SR90430).
