Vinyl itself has nothing written on the white labels, but press-release sheet, which comes with some copies, states that this remix is by The Chemical Brothers and also that only 200 copies of this 12 were mailed. Non-playing side is all smooth.

Catalog# is derived from run out.

Due to the very high demand of this release, numerous bootlegs were pressed.
One of them has catalog number 12MINDDJY006 (with extra 'D') and is pressed on light, translucent yellow vinyl. Some copies have labels sticked inside out with some text on the back of each label.
Another bootleg was pressed on black vinyl and contained bonus acapella.
