The clear transparent 12 was issued in a plastic sleeve fixed on a printed 12 forex sheet with an one-side printed chromopaper 12 inlay in an 13 blue metallic bubble envelope with 11 printed plexiglass disc fixed on front and sticker minimalkombinat presents. SWISS WAVE on back.
The copy number is stamped on the chromopaper inlay.
