Originally intended to be a showcase of unsigned bands that performed on the TV series Buffy The Vampire Slayer (mostly at the teen nightclub, The Bronze), this album instead compiles somewhat more commercial tracks that featured in various scenes throughout the first three seasons, plus a few that had yet to be featured in its fourth.

The 8-panel booklet includes an order form for the Official Buffy Fan Club.
