“It is difficult to date the origins of music. Rhythm and melody have always been present in music and it is difficult to know which of the two was the starting point of this ancestral art (songs, clapping of hands, clashes of stones or pieces of wood).
Prehistoric men have probably adopted the musical expression during ritual ceremonies combining gestures, music and songs.

ORIGINS is a compilation project where 55 artists have been called upon to imagine and compose the first sounds of the universe or the first music created by humans.
ORIGINS tells a story ... or rather stories with sound images and musical research ... We wish you a good trip through time and through your senses.
