The earliest Jim Dofka solo tape, all-instrumental, limited ediion, and mostly only sent out for promotional purposes. This tape was once reviewed in Heavy Metal Demolition (a Metal zine from Cleveland, Ohio), and promoted via Concerto flyers.
Later mixes of these tracks, and 3 others, were later released as Dofka Demo I. At one point the copies made of that tape re-used the Concerto title, but still contained that same 8 song recording.
Some of the latest copies of this demo were given a unique early version of the then-new Demo I covers. They have an identical layout to the then-upcoming Demo I covers except that they only have 2 panels. The later copies have a 3rd panel for lyrics, but the early covers didn't have it since the original Concerto tapes have no vocals. The 2-panel version was never used on the actual 8 song Demo I so only a handful of them exist.
