In February 2016 the remaining stock was sold off through the JBK Bandcamp website. Each remaining item was signed by Steve Jansen & Richard Barbieri. According to the Steve Jansen Official Facebook page (typos are as stated on the Facebook page):

Jansen/Barbieri at Bandcamp is offering a very limited number of the original Medium Productions label release 'Other Worlds In A Small Room' signed by the artists. Only 135 copies are available. Once it has sold out the download only option will still be available.
