Track 2-8 recorded for the John Peel Show on September 19th 1983 (first broadcast October 24th 1983). Track 2-16 recorded at Liverpool Cathedral, Liverpool (for the television program 'Play At Home'), July 1983. The version included here is taken from the first generation master tape and does not have the overdubbed dialogue fragments from 'Play At Home' that were evident on the single release.
