So yeah I know with the war in Ukraine, which I could not anticipate back in January when I chose all the compilation themes in advance for the first 6 months at least of 2022, isn't a great timing for this but at the same time it's best not to forget that it is overshadowing other events in the world such as Palestine being bombed by Israel(and vice versa) and things like that, war is happening all the time in fact, always tragic to see civilians dying, so I'm in no way glorifying any war.

Although I always was fascinated by war, I've studied a little bit on the second world war, I never joined the military but almost did 2 years ago because of the long confinement we had. I prefer to stick with fictional war, as the first computer game I've played on a Windows machine (Windows 95) is Red Alert and I mostly played the Soviets, I do enjoy making up fictional Soviet artworks and stuff, I do use a lot of Soviet imagery in my music. I'm a big fan of strategic war games and it all started with Red Alert. I was playing the remastered version not too long ago, just for the nostalgia.

I'm glad that people still showed up for this Compilation, we got 20 tracks on this, very pleased with the work I've been given for this. A shorter compilation this time, I was able to work on this really fast and prepare the release a long time in advance.
