Spring 1998: Scott Walker and I had by this time made it through three or four seasons working together as NTT. After the departure of vocalist Elle Gaston from the project, another third member was brought in.
Guitarist Christian Mesiano was a new student at Ramapo College, enrolled in the same Electronic & Computer Music course where Scott and I had met a year earlier. Collaboration was only natural when common musical interests were discovered, and when Scott eventually went his own way, it was Mesiano who joined me for the earliest NTT shows in NYC, beginning with Signal Sundays at the now-defunct Pyramid Club in July of 1998, and the NOISEX show at The Bank (RIP) in April 1999.

This material was part of the digitally-archived four-track cassette recordings unearthed by original/former NTT collaborator Scott Walker in 2020.
While previously released in earlier archival editions or in other forms, the tracks here are of superior quality (such as it is), having been digitally recorded straight from the original 20+ year-old four-track masters.
