Although the front cover was designed by Miami Kaos & says Cash Money Records Presents: Lil Wayne - Drought 3, what is contained within this release is actually an unofficial 2007 compilation of various Lil Wayne tracks in variable low quality bitrates. No tracklist comes with this release. It's likely Miami Kaos commissioned the front artwork for an official variant for Da Drought 3, as he would have no reason to write Cash Money Records Presents if he was commissioning it for an unofficial compilation. Therefore, the cover was likely stolen from elsewhere for this release by Paperhouse Records.
