Of all the versions available, the Dutch pressing was in fact the first one to be released: the entire double-album is a VARA/NOVIB production (the VARA is a Dutch TV & radio network and NOVIB is a Dutch NGO) and was financed by the Dutch Ministry of Welfare, Health and Culture (Ministerie van Welzijn, Volksgezondheid en Cultuur (WVC)), Greek Ministry of Culture, Emmaus International, NOVIB, Solidaridad and the Thomas Kirche Gemeinde, Germany.
