The original versions are from various Appliance albums and singles, except Electra which was never released by the band, having been developed whilst the band was working on the [m=38232]. Fast Music was renamed Food Music soon after the first session. The session version of Pacifica is played on a grand piano, and the version of Throwing A Curve Ball features sampled vocals - unlike the versions on [m=38221].

B-Sides:
2-1 and 2-2 originally released as B-sides to the online-only single As Far As I Can See, released as MP3s on www.appliance-music.co.uk in 2003.
Both tracks were recorded as the band were working on the [m=38254] album.
2-3 and 2-4 originally released on the [m=38260] CD and 7 orange vinyl in 2002.
2-5 originally released on the A Gentle Cycle Revolution 7 in 2001.
2-6 originally released on the A Gentle Cycle Revolution CD in 2001.
Both tracks (2-5 and 2-6) were included on a draft of the band's [m=38242] album.
