Possibly a test pressing, but there are no other indications for this other than the appearance of the labels themselves.
The label for side A is plain white with faint (just barely legible) mirrored text of the titles/credits. Side B is black with no text.

The textured single sleeve appears to be identical to the first pressing, as do the lyric inner sleeve. The latter has flaps on one side and is plain on the other.
