Note: [Quoted from Booklet, p. 11]
There is a technical fault on the original master tape of the recording of the Symphony No. 6 which it has proved impossible to eradicate. This manifests itself as some irregular background noises on the left hand channel in the second movement at approximately 1'36 - 3'05. We regret this and trust that it will not interfere with the impact of the music.

Note on timings of Symphony No. 6. The symphony is structured in six movements with each movement being related in pairs symmetrically. Each pair is joined without a break in the music while the pairs themselves are separated from one another by silences. This disc's documentation lists timings for the first movement of each pair and then provides a cumulative time for pairs one and two. The cumulative time was included in the track list above. The first movement pair timings are as follows: I [1] 4:28, II [1] 7:49, III [1] 4:23.
