Limited edition of 500 copies, 450 of which came paper envelopes with cover art stamped on the front and all three labels' logos stamped on the back.

Includes four small photocopied inserts, three of which contain lyrics and the fourth of which contains liner notes. Some copies come with these inserts unseparated; just one large folded slip of paper.
