This DVD was produced specially as tour merchandise in a limited pressing of 1000 copies. 800 of these were sold on the American tour of Demons Dance Alone (October / November 2002). The other 200 were sold by Euro Ralph. A revised edition of this DVD was included in the Kettles Of Fish On The Outskirts Of Town box set.
The package was not given a reference number, but comes between 27 and 29, so we called it DVD028.
