Track 2-17: This original mono mix was delivered to the USA for inclusion on the never released 'Four More Respected Gentlemen' LP. The track was never used.
Track 3-2 was delivered to the US for inclusion on the never released 'Four More Respected Gentlemen' LP. It was later briefly availabe officially on [m293040=The Great Lost Kinks Album] (which as only issued in the US in limited quantities in 1973) and has never legitimately appeared on CD anywhere. Track 3-19, the mono mix, was deliverd to the US, but has never been issued or heard anywhere before.
Track 3-3 was delivered to the US for inclusion on the never released 'Four More Respected Gentlemen' LP in June 1968 and was later officially featured on [m102450=The Kinks Kronikles] release (1972). It has never been issued in stereo outside the USA.

Track 3-6: This mix was delivered to Reprise in 1968 for use on a second, revised edition of 'Four More Respected Gentlemen'.
Track 3-9 Commissioned for the BBC Television show 'At The Eleventh Hour'. The stereo mix is availabe on both [m102450=The Kinks Kronikles] and [m351434=BBC Sessions 1964-1977], but this original mono mix (with an alternate ending) has never been issued or heard anywhere.
Track 3-11 was briefly issued on [m293040=The Great Lost Kinks Album].
Track 3-12: Another refugee from [m293040=The Great Lost Kinks Album].
Track 3-13: This stereo mix was made for a Kinks compilation album on Pye's budget subsidiary Marble Arch and has only appeared on a few vinyl releases since. It has never appeared outside of Europe has never made it to CD before.
Track 3-14: Only briefly available in the early 1980s.
Track 3-15: Last appeared on [m293040=The Great Lost Kinks Album]. It was recorded after the completion of 'Villlage Green' specifically for the television show 'Where Was Spring?'.
Track 3-16 was intended for the never issued solo Dave Davies album.
Track 3-17 was the flipside of Dave Davies's fourth solo single [m186658=Hold My Hand] but the long stereo mix appears here for the first time.
Track 3-18 was the reverse of [m137978=Plastic Man].
Tracks 3-20 to 3-22 are the original recordings with additional vocals by Ray Davies and other slight mix differences.
